Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Package with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are folded neatly to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives your return, we will inspect the items and process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
